where we operate
Where We Operate 

We currently operate from our bases in Haverhill and Newmarket and work in both towns as well as across a large radius into the towns and villages of West Suffolk, South and East Cambridgeshire and North Essex.
 
Our Haverhill food distribution points are open weekdays as follows:

Monday: The Link (Haverhill Town Centre) Food collection by appointment 2-4pm
Tuesday: Chalkstone Community Centre Food collection by appointment 2-4pm
Wednesday: Chalkstone Community Centre Food collection by appointment 2-4pm
Thursday: Next Door Coffee Shop Food collection by appointment 2-4pm
Friday: St Mary's Church Food collection by appointment 2-4pm

Our Drop-ins do not need to be booked in advance and are open as follows:

Monday: The Link (Haverhill Town Centre) Drop-in 10am-midday
Tuesday (except the 2nd Tuesday of the month): Chalkstone Community Centre Drop-in 10am-midday
Tuesday: Chalkstone Community Centre Drop-in 2pm-4pm
Thursday: The Link (Haverhill Town Centre) Drop-in 2pm-4pm
Friday: St Mary's Church (Haverhill Town Centre) Drop-in 2pm-4pm

Our food bank warehouse is located at our H.Q. in Holland Road, Haverhill.

We also have a Community Connector who can work with clients by connecting them to social activities or local organisations that are available to support you to move forward.
 
In Newmarket, we have an Outreach Advisor working 3 days per week and we assist families and individuals with debt, budgeting, benefit help and income maximisation.

We also partner with Newmarket Open Door for any food bank requests and client aid.
