Kirsten Newble
Kirsten worked in marketing communications and project management in both financial and pharmaceutical companies before volunteering with several organisations. She was also part of a small entrepreneurial team who set up a company to produce upcycled cardboard furniture. Her practical experience is backed up by her MBA and membership of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Kirsten initially volunteered in the Foodbank from 2020-22 packing boxes and organising stock. She stepped away in 2023 to enable her to become a Boardroom Apprentice for a year. This training programme gave her a knowledge of governance, finance, partnerships and communications in the context of a third sector board and an understanding of responsibilities of being a Trustee. This was combined with practical experience gained by being embedded in the board of Natural England.

As a Trustee, Kirsten combines her knowledge with practical commercial and volunteering experience and a commitment to the work of REACH.
