I first came to REACH as a volunteer. I was impressed immediately by the family atmosphere here and the willingness to help people with no judgement attached. When the vacancy for Debt Advisor came up recently, I jumped at the chance to get even more involved.  

I think it's important to always be compassionate, and understand the personal circumstances that each person has been through in life, as all of us have different backgrounds and experiences. I love that my job allows me to build a level of trust with people, and help find the best way to help them going forwards.
